Antonicheva is outstanding, the way she performs this variation is so musical and gorgeous!

I have always seen (and adore) the second variation performed in Vaganova-Mariinsky style (Lopatkina), but Alexandrova is outstanding too! Meraviglioso! Bravo!!!

Amazing... is it the one where Nikolai was Lucien? There are absolutely no clips of him dancing it with Maria but are two, with Ould Braham and Vorontsova and I would love to see one with Maria. They were so perfect together. He was such amazing Lucien de Hervilly. Oh, and he was Antonicheva's coach... They danced wonderful Giselle together

As far as I remember Skvortsov was Lucien in this recording. I'd also love to see Nikolai in that role with Alexandrova!

The composer is Édouard Deldevez. Sorry, I don't know the name of that specific piece. Perhaps someone else can help you?
