Good evening, Sir. I have the same printer, there is no paper but still come the message that say: paper Jam, code 14. i just followed the intrutions to remove all paper but still come the same message PAPER JAM. Can you help me?

So I was able to take the tray out without using a screwdriver but now I can't get it back in and I have no access to any screwdrivers where I'm at. I got 30 minutes to try to figure this out I don't know what to do anymore.

It's all good, I was able to unscrew that little screw with a pair of scissors and the tray is now back in place.
