Omigosh! Your brilliance doesnt disappoint! Phone book! That is so clever, great recycling and a great weight for a base paper. Needed your chatty vid to get me through doing some much put off housework. Love your Freya stories too. Little ones are so good forcthe soul eh PS i see youre using book page for gluing on. Why not rip it up when it gets sticky and pop it on a board for a vintage bitty background. You could probably ink it with a dobber or sponge afterwards or stencil over it etc to add interest

In the US phone books don’t exist anymore. I tried to get one several years ago and they sent a CD. Then recently I tried and they said they stopped altogether. Luckily I still get catalogs but they are getting fewer and fewer. Makes me sad. I usually make tiny collages out of my scraps. I’ve also started trying scrap tape.

I imagine that will happen here, too eventually. What about an old encyclopedia, dictionary or Bible? Thinner paper, but still a good substrate. Or a low quality magazine or newspaper? 🙂

A CD!? What! That is so weird. What a shame! The phone book is great but there are many other books you could use with thinner paper as Belinda said. It is sad wendont get these physical paper items so much now. Thanks for watching Cody 🧡
