"Nong" is not only for someone who younger but it could mean like "little......" for ex. Nong Jinggg means little Jinggg (in cute way).Maybe his thai fans keep calling him nong because he is cute. (and someone is younger than NongJinggg but still wanna call him Nong. because "Nong" could mean in cute way. and calling "P" could be the way to showing respect to someone. like P'Alecks means like Big bro Alecks. 😂
