U can quote new policies ,programs by the government(from the vision monthly) in your answers and also you have to search keywords, imp terms and definitions for prelims from the vision monthly

Agar aapka budget hai or delhi mein hi rehti ho toh Vajiram is almost best. U can join there. Will also take coaching from there fir CSE 22.
