Papaver cambricum - Meconopsis cambrica | Welsh Poppy
An Herbaceous perennial that if grown in the right place can make a lovely display that’s never forgotten. The little colony that’s shown in this video was flowering the first week in May. It has a deep taproot and light green lobed leaves with a bowl shaped flower that comes in a lemon yellow or orange. It can flower right from mid spring to early autumn. Why not start establishing you first little colony!
