peri peri sauce is actually really spicy made with chilis and onions but to compliment the spice it has a tany and sour flavour because of lemons and bay leaves, but its really good since it gives a kick and flavour to whatever your putting it on, also peri peri sauce, for me is really good on chicken so maybe try a chicken sandwich with pere peri sauce
