When I think of Papa Doc I think of a vile cruel man who was a Doctor but became a horrible man. Even though he's dead Haitians still fear him. The Doctor in this episode fits the real life Papa Doc to a tee. Friendly but cold hearted.

I've seen this episode, but don't remember a lot of it. And, I don't believe it was 'Papa Doc' who killed him. Because if you think about it, why would a booky kill someone who owes them money? That's not exactly going to get them their cash back...
