Literally, this video is most relatable I had ever seen indeed... I am from Bihar and our parents used to say that education is the most powerful weapon. I would like that thanks Anandeshwar sir personally to made it so realistic as he belongs to Bihar and deeply understand the feeling we went through in our childhood. Nevertheless, when I look back, I find my papa best and practical.

I wish the same. My father sent me to hostel at age of 10, to study, as education was not good back then in my state Bihar. I was never able to be with my family due this. Whatever talk I had with my family was either through postacrds or phone(later). After college I got a good job. Few years back my Father retired from office. Last year, He passed away in covid. I tried my best to do whatever I could to help him. As I was financially stable, I was able to look after my family. That stability only came because of my father. But today, I miss him. I miss every such moment where I could have talked or tried to be near him.. Fathers are that personality whose importance is felt only when they are gone.

I don't know why it's hard to confess love for your father and hug him and say thank him for everything he did for me, atleast once in my life. Thank you Tvf for this video ! 🤗

It was like watching one's childhood in flashback, such a natural acting. TVF knows how to give nuances to the whole act. The description of building love and hate for one's father as a child grows and later realizing how truly adorable he is - perfectly relatable for most of us. 💜

Since I've come to Australia, I haven't talked much to My dad. I am managing all by myself and he never cares to ask me how. It's now been almost 3 years, and today by just seeing your video I realised there is so much between us and I'll try to put some words to it today. Hopefully 🤞 Thanks again TVF 🙌

its relatable but i disagree on some points.... jab aap itni sakhti kroge tab bacha zada bigdega... and he will start lying out of fear and bade bade kaand kr dega tab bhi apko pata ni chalega.... discipline is good but har cheez ki hadh hoti hai.... agar bache nhi khelenge to kon khelega.... baaki TVF is always top notch channel

What’s special in toxic masculinity?

Too accurate. The last monologue laid bare thinking of our fathers but all I could think was that it should not have to be like this. The strict behavior makes them distant from the kids and not all of us are able to understand the reasoning behind it. Fathers carry so much burden that at times, I am certain it must be grueling for them also.

I am 31 and lost my father in april this year. The video literally took me to my childhood, how my father used to teach us in holidays and how i couldn't do anything special for him, he left silently. Papa😥

Father's day special मेरे पापा बात 2014 की है जब मुझे दिल्ली के एक ब्लाइंड स्कूल में मेरे पापा मुझे दाखिला करा कर घर वापस आ गए थे। लेकिन मैं वहां हमेशा रोते रहता था, मैं पढ़ना नहीं चाहता था। और बार-बार मैं घर वापस आ जाता था क्योंकि मुझे अकेला रहना पसंद नहीं था मैं रास्ते में कहीं भी गिर जाता था। अकेला नहीं चल पाता था,रास्ते में अकेले चलने में डर लगता था, मैं रास्ते में लगे खंबे से बहुत बार टकरा जाता था। एक बार स्कूल से भागकर वापस घर आ गया और पूरी तरह से डिसाइड कर लिया कि अब कभी नहीं जाना है मुझे दिल्ली, अब मुझे नहीं पढ़ना है। पापा को मैंने कह दिया कि आप मुझे फोर्स नहीं कर सकते हैं पढ़ने के लिए, क्योंकि मुझे बहुत प्रॉब्लम होती है मैं नहीं रह सकता इस बात का समर्थन मेरी मां ने भी की, और बोली कि छोटू सही कह रहा है अगर प्रॉब्लम है तो यह नहीं जाएगा यही घर पर रहेगा छोटू। कुछ दिन तक तो सब ठीक रहा लेकिन एक दिन पापा मुझसे बोले कि नहीं तुम्हें जाना होगा पढ़ने के लिए अगर तुम चलने में गिरते हो तो कोई बात नही तुम गिरते रहो कोई बात नहीं, खंबे से टकराए तो टकराते रहो कोई बात नहीं, अकेले चलने में प्रॉब्लम होती है तो कोई बात नहीं चलते रहो, लेकिन तुम्हें पढ़ना होगा तुम पढ़ो। उस समय मुझे लगता था कि मेरे पापा कितने निर्दई है वे जरा सा भी नहीं सोचते है मेरे बारे में उन्हें जरा सा भी दया नहीं आता है मेरे ऊपर। लेकिन आज वो दिन के बारे में सोचता हूं तो मुझे बहुत शर्मिंदगी महसूस होता है खुद पर, कि मैं कितना गलत समझता था अपने पापा को। आज मैं नौकरी कर रहा हूं, आज जो मैं इतने बड़े-बड़े सपने देख रहा हूं आज मैं खुद से चलना सीख गया हूं, आज मैं पूरी दुनियां अकेला घूम सकता हूं, 2014 से पहले मैं अकेले अपने बाजार भी नही जा पाता था। आज पूरी दुनियां घूम सकता हूं यह सब पापा के मोटिवेशन से संभव हुआ है। मैं गलत था कोई भी पापा अपने बच्चों के लिए गलत कभी नहीं सोच सकते सॉरी पापा।

Just a little comment on *The string of bow* comment. Actually if someone here has some experience of archery, they would be aware that in reality, the string should not be kept tight always otherwise it harms the bow (technically it reduces its stiffness or something like that). ...So the archer tights the string just before using the bow. The archer should loosen the string after using it. *Pratyancha dhanush chalate samay chadhayi jati hai...dhanush or chadhakr nhi rakhi jaati*

I had a candidate.. his life was similar to this. He was a topper in school coz he had a pressure to Top.. school from KV Malleswaram, Bengaluru. College from MES.. IIT JEE coaching with it and he got his seat at REC surathkal, first time away from father.. he felt he was blessed. One day his father landed in his hostel and was caught. His dad took transfer to Mangalore. Landed in. Corporate job.. to drink a beer he had to take half day off or leave early from work. He didn't had a choice to get married to speak his choice.. he was told to tie the knot and he did.

I DISAGREE with this video honestly. Love doesn't justify abuse. Good intentions doesn't justify bad means. Taking away freedom and ruling by fear IS abuse and I would've not ever gone off without a fight if my parents had acted like this. Folks say "Agar papa ne mara nahi hota toh aaj yaha nahi hota" like it's all that black and white. People grow up in these households and often forget the crux of freedom, creativity, and liberty; likely becoming an abrasive violent loser themselves. If you really think that being a strict controlling parent is the best way to go, then please keep away from me as I don't want to associate with you anyway.

I am in Delhi, but in other places I don't know this loadshedding is being done or not. I feel looking at the temper tantrums thrown by new upcoming children that there should be some amount of strictness. You will not understand if you are one of "posh South Delhi" class.

My father was so strict during my school time. But with my growth of maturity he became behaved like a true friend to me . He supported my love, he supported my dream, he stands every moment with me. He showed the real path. Aur maje ki baat ye hai ki drinks v thodi bht allowed hai. So father is father. The true hero of our own universe.
