This is an awesome video! Love the huge mortar and pestle. I am living in Ubud now and am an aspiring hobbyist chef. I searched for 10-14 days to find the best cooking school for me specifically and tried a few. I think the best for me was the Bali Farm Cooking School, specifically because I wanted to get out of the busy streets of Ubud and I also really love the concept of farm to table. I think it's awesome that you pick your own ingredients (herbs and veggies) before class and use those in your recipes. Glad you enjoyed your class as well and cheers!
