Technically, when tanks turn; they partially or fully stop the power to one side set of tracks and put extra thrust on the other set of tracks, so basically; all tanks drift.

@@masterjohn3126 Drifting IS the result of torque produced by asymmetric acceleration of two axes in a vehicle. That's precisely why a lot of changes in gears and the terms 'understeer" and 'oversteer' are associated with it

@@arjunmadan318 nah, it is about modern day school girls joining tank competitions. The thanks themselves are mainly from wwi-wwii, and I liked it a lot, but the story is not really related to the war. Good anime, not a really deep plot, but fun to watch casually.

@@arjunmadan318 I misunderstood your questions, srry. Garupan = GuP. I think japanese fans use that abbreviature due to the tittle pronunciation in their accent. If I had to recomend another anime about war, I would go for Youjo Senki. Is set in WWI, filled with a lot of magic nonsense, which makes it epic, but I would for once enjoy a regular war anime, without mágical girls and mechas. Anyway, youjo senki was apparently very popular, it is well animated, and the plot is interesting. So far I watched till the 3rd chapter before finals started, but it seems good overall
