I have a mod for the mag release. My Panzer Pro has the mag release retention screw pushing into your finger when you try releasing the mag. Install a Magpul AR enhanced mag release 😁👍

I had one. I liked it at first. Especially for the $360 price tag when picked it up. (Prices have changed IF you can even find one). I ended up selling mine and here's why. Everything that Rascal talks about is true and is generally a good and mean looking gun. However, one of the main issues in the fix stock. I stand at 5'11" and I dont have monkey reach. I like to really choke up on my weapon and get as compact as possible. With the Panzer AR12 its like shouldering Ned Stark's bastard sword. Apparently import laws ban collapisble stocks. Not a big deal but the stock is fixed to the lower. No mods for that unless you can find a different lower, maybe a Pro lower. Good luck. The barrel is also 20" instead of 18.5 so you can begin to see the scale of this thing. Next is the rails. Sexy, functional top and forend rails. Great. No rails (or keylock/mlok) on the underside, which means no forgrip. Remember how I like to choke up? Now I really cant. You can put one on the very front but arm position is ridiculous and awkward. I spoke to a machinist about cutting Mlok or tap and die a picatinny and he said it could be done. Next was a couple smaller things that were more like wtf? Why is this like this? During break in, the gun malfunctioned and I had to send it across the nation to get it repaired (under warranty still cost me 100$ to ship). The malfunction was that when the safety is on safe, the bolt will not recess all the way into lock back position. It simply stops the bolt. While firing, my buddy must have not fully opened the safety to the fire position and the bolt sheared the safety internals among other things. I dont have a whole lot of AR experience, but what I do know from just a design perspective is that is not the best feature. Next, a minor and maybe silly issue. There's only one place to clip in a sling. The front end. There is no rear sling clip/ring. Not that I could discern. There is a small hole through the butt stock that looks like it should have a clip/ring in it, or you can buy and install one, but I couldn't find the part for the life or me. Maybe I'm just oblivious and it was right in front of me. Finally, the gas system. Good gas system. Hardy and works great. However it doesn't like light loads. It says it can fire 1200fps but I was having trouble cycling that load. Others had the same issue. (This is after about 20 cases of slug). I spoke to machinist about a different spring. Again said it could be done. Also, the gas system breaks off and feeds onto a separate guide tube below the barrel adding to weight instead of being around the barrel like higher end models. Paired with having to really reach just to wield the thing ultimately led to me selling it. I instead picked up a Typhoon F12 as a treat. I am VERY MUCH considering picking up the Panzer AR Pro at some point in the future. I dont mean to disparage this firearm. Its a great gun. I just wanted to point out all the little things I missed that caused me to get rid of it. Its probably the best AR12 platform out there for the price. Have Fun

The newer model of Panzer AR12 have major improvements over the one shown here. I got mine for less than $500 out the door with a Sig Saur reddot sight ta boot. The gas system is around the barrel and the 5 round mags double as handhelds on the lower picatinny rail. They have a built in groove to mount them for use as hangrips. Mine has trouble cycling Remington buckshot 3in shells. They stovepipe coming out the chamber. 2-3/4in cycle fine. But they have to be higher velocity. 1270 fps or higher. I love my new Turkey gun. It will take care of ANY Turkey that TRIES to do me and mine harm. Even at night! 2000 lumen of tactical flashlight will dazzle them with brilliance or if that fails, I can baffle them with 180 rounds of double ought BUCK! 20 rd drum included! That'll give them a KEEYAAWFUL case of lead poisoning! I wonder if that's considered chemical warfare or does Geneva really matter anymore?!?

Then you obviously didn't search hard, or long enough sling can be looped through stock slots, there in a magpul adaptor that accepts a QD quick release sling attachment goes to that hole, the stock can be shortened triple F makes the kit, and placing the cheek riser more forward puts you at that choked up stance and allows a proper hold on the gun. I can't believe at 5'11" you couldn't get comfortable shooting a 14" trigger pull. I am 6'0" and gun works fine. I also wanted typhoon defense, but never in stock, or people aren't familiar with them around where I live.

Have the AR 12 Pro. The problem is finding a round that will cycle reliably. Most do not. As far as slugs, most brands will fail to extract or eject, and give stovepipes. If anyone has a brand of slug that works 100% let me know. Right now I think Fetter is the best I have tried.

What kind of light do you have on your Panzer?

It’s just a cheap light from Amazon. I think it is a DefendTek light if I remember. Think it puts out 300 lumens? And has a strobe option.

Is this the same as the Fear-116? Just got it and they look very similar!!

How come you haven't moved the cheek rest in forward postion? It is movable, the current position encourages the wrong hold, and is why you're feeling anything on your shoulder. Lean into that shotgun and you feel nothing.

@@mrmemknock2252 I saw a fellow on another video that put a Limbsaver slip on pad on his. I don't know which size though. One I picked up is too small. I need to measure the stock butt pad and see about matching that.

Good ole glorified Amazon red dot but it has held up to 500 rounds now and has not skipped a beat at this point. Will more than likely put a sight mark red dot on it that I have sitting in the house lonely with no gun cuddling with it at the moment hahah.

Thought the rack was supposed to be for a righty???

I’m assuming you mean the charging handle? Unfortunately this model is not ambidextrous, but still very easy to use.

Yes.....I thought the charging handle was supposed to be on the otherside beccause most guns are made for rightys. I just find it weird reaching or tilting the gun after reload. Ive been researching this gun but I hadnt noticed that until now.

Most AR-12s will have a right side charging handle. Honestly, if you have experience with an AK platform, you'll feel right at home with these types of guns

From what i can tell the Citadel Boss 12 is the same gun...
