The 7100 has some issues with the iMac BigSur. The printer driver is not available from the seller. They said they are working on the update, but that was months ago. Frankly, I am very disappointed with this printer company!

@@pantumprinter7325 I'm having a lot of trouble connecting my father in law's Pantum M6552NW to his old MAC Pro desktop. I'm in America. Nothing prompts on the screen after connecting usb. The phone app doesn't work for me. The website doesn't open due to time zone issue. Help please! Is this printer going to work at all for me? Thank you.
