Sahi baat hai manager ne khud accept kia ki extra paneer ka 40 charge karte hai. To wo bill me aana chahiye coz agar charge kar rhe hai to wo sarkar ki permission se kar rhe h . And agar nahi to wo galat kaam ho rha hai. Jo ki illegal hai. And har thali par 50% profit maara jaa rha hai . Iss hisab se agar din ka 2000 thali bachenge to 80000 ka profit kama lenge and agar 5000 thali bechi to daily ka 200000 profit…

I felt bad for the managers begging when he asked them to make 120 bill properly. It is understandable but still it is important to take strict action against these people because we people earn money in very hard circumstances, we don't earn through any illegal manners that we will have unlimited money to spend, we are middle class people we have to think a hundered times before buying anything. It is important to make these scammers understand this thing. They should fear God atleast.

I think everyone, from the manager to the person who serves, are all aware and part of the scam. It is disheartening to see that such scams are still continuing and the same people are doing this. Not sure which platform you need to use to escalate so that such things do not happen at all.

All of them worked hand in hand, as soon as they were caught, they're just scapegoating the poor guys. I'm damn sure they were just doing as instructed.

Neer water is rs 20....actual price approved by irctc is rs 15....just found ....thanks to travel alone guy.....

Bro bro bro the managers šlap them to show that they are innocent becuz if the complaint goes into higher official and managers get included then they get suspended or permanently stopped from promotion... This is the insight.. So yeah they act of being innocent and the pantry managers give the workers money from before that if someone catches them then they can $lap the workers by acting innocent and blame everything to workers in return and order the workers that they never say that manager is the boss of all scams... That's all part of a act... When managers hit the worker just say them that don't be smart and I will now include in my complaint that you hit him to show that you are innocent... Again saying that's part of the scam...and managers are the boss and yeah TTE too and the workers obviously

The people working in the middle of our Indian Railways spoil the work and the Railway Board has to listen. I was traveling from mathura to anuppur - train jbp nazm superfast in 3rd ac then the linen was completely dirty with all the hairs sticking to it. when I asked the attendant to change, he angrily refused.I was forced to file a complaint on Railway 139 against him. and then in the same way they started apologizing that you pls withdraw your complaint.

Boy, you're so cool! Needs perseverance & forceful skills to question such louts working in the Railways. I suggest, they display the rates on the coaches near the door in a caged notice board to kill such unethical practices. The Railways administration gets the blame due to such louts looting passengers. Personally speaking, have not seen such things in SCR or SR zones in South. Best wishes from Hyderabad!

Last Tuesday I had travelled from pashim express from Mumbai to Delhi, for dinner he was charging 120/- but when i demanded for bill he said everyone is paying 120/- why you have a problem..? than he said "I will bring bill at morning" but till delhi he didn't came to my seat for payment or to give bill...

OK. Thali was for 80 . How come it became 120 all of a sudden. There are daily wage workers earning 300 for a day travelling in general class. Rupees 40 is a lot for them. He has done a good job. Curd was an issue. What the irctc guys are doing is running their parallel pantry government. Just like the Telgi scam. A blow to our country's economy
