Is 26er mtbs are worst. I am little worried because I recently purchased 91 snow leopard 26. And I am planning to upgrade it to Shimano m5100 1x11.

26" is definitely a dying breed and not very common these days. If you're enjoying the bike though, it's not a bad thing to keep riding and improving your skills with. Why are you are looking at a 1x set up - what's are you trying to achieve with that change?

First, congratulations on taking a great decision! For weight loss, I would recommend getting a hybrid bike, not an MTB. Please watch this video for some tips on bike selection: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qHyWusGwhtXFf7Q.html Due to availability issues, it's difficult to recommend a specific cycle. Off the top of my head, in your budget, you could look at the 91 Expedition 700C and the Firefox Rapide. Do you know where you will be buying from?

@@TheIndianCyclist I am weighing over 102kgs looking to shed few pounds from body through cycling, should i look for a hybrid bike with suspension or a rigid fork? My budget is under 15-18k ,planning to go for btwin riverside 120 , Do u think it's good or is there any better option than that?

deraileur and disc rotors shouldn't have been moved by hand because either it was a manufacturing dafault or happened while travelling because of poor packeging.... these things should have been changed by company..

The company did send me a replacement crankset. Agree that there are specialized tools to fix the other issues - but I must say that both the brakes and the RD have worked just fine. I rode the bike for about 500-600 km in Goa, and I needed to make a small indexing change for the RD, but that was it.
