    Opiates are a man's worst enemy, I recommend Suboxone or even Methadone over cold turkey, quitting abruptly is like entering a dark alternate reality that will drive you mad for at least several days.....

    I've still got every Pantera album made (including Metal Magic 😆) but Far Beyond Driven and Vulgar Display of Power will always be my favourites. Walk, This Love, 5 Minutes Alone, I'm Broken, Cemetery Gates, Planet Caravan etc.... awesome 👌🏻👌🏻🤘🏻

    Yep. Mine too. Except my favorite track was always Throes of Rejection. Seems like that song doesn’t typically get as much light, but I think it’s some of the best musicality the band has ever brought. Probably my favorite Dimebag solo.

    I believe it had to end that way. Vinnie did the right thing and said the right things as well. You just cant blame a mentally ill fan for his death. Phil was mad because the Abbotts wouldnt let him back in unless Phil stopped with the drug use so things got heated from there.

    He wasn’t doing heroin at this point I believe. Around the release of Far Beyond Driven, Phil got the results of second MRI scan which showed that two of his spine disks are ruptured and he started taking muscle relaxers and pain meds which later grew into abnormal amounts of pain killers and then heroin in the end.

    Nobody started heroin because of pains, that's just an excuse. There are doctors that would've prescribed pain pills that were cheaper and legal to obtain. How do I know? Because my back hurt at one time.

    pigGRAY now it’s impossible to get painkillers they are heavily monitored and if you can’t find a drug dealer that sells them it’s expensive and once you get to the point when you start taking 10 a day it’s no matter what cheaper to use herion at the start.

    @@daBEAGLE1017 - What do you think led to Phil getting hooked on heroin? The prescription pain medication that was prescribed by these doctors. Painkillers are worse than heroin. People think "oh it's legal", "a doctor gave it to me", that makes it ok. They start with pills then move on to something stronger, heroin.

    the best moshpit i have see or tasted was in the pantera show , no hardcore spectacle or extreme metal band actitude , dude , only an energetic spectacle , too feel some adrenalinic feel ......meet people who want have fun , and stop this bullshit ......metal is equal at some violent behavoiur , i see the face of phil after the show , is normal just me or the other people .......if you have some prob remain at home , man let the people keep in roll , the rock thing are true .......we want to be free , to do what we want .......

    His liver was failing. He was retaining water weight. Chances are that even if that tragic moment on stage never happened, he'd wouldve been gone within a year or 2 because of his liver
