Saw them play at Rocklahoma, September 2023. I was impressed. I was fortunate to have seen Pantera in 1997 and 1999. We'll never have Vince and Dime back. This was a close second. They sounded great and Phil has been taking every show seriously. I think he's trying to make up for all the bad shit that happened before, during and after the breakup of Pantera. I really think Phil has matured as a person over the years. Yes, he's said and done some stupid shit over the years (haven't we all). Aren't we all worthy of being given a second chance? He tried really hard to get Vins vibe!! Even to the point of setting the kit up the way Vin did. Mad respect for Charlie for that!! Now Zakk on the other hand....I think he came into this thinking it would be a walk in the park and found out really quick just how good his buddy was and how much catching up he had to do to be at Dimes level!!

Very well said. Also Charlie is an absolutely amazing drummer but he can do the brutal parts, he definitely lacks Vinny’s groovy sense and I found the first comment vexing as hell for complimenting it lol

The sound quality is the best I’ve heard on any of the recent live Pantera stuff.

Phil's sounding awesome here ....his voice has got better as these shows have went on .....I'm fed up of hearing people saying " a nice tribute to pantera"..this is pantera there's nothing tribute about it ...yes dime and vinnie are gone but Phil and rex have just as much right to use the name ...they were there through it all ...just my opinion

I saw them at Welcome to Rockville 2022 and holy shit the crowd went nuts when curtains dropped 🔥 seeing them again in February 🤘🏻 I hope they continue this tribute for a while!

Never got to see them when it was Phil, Dime, Rex and Vinnie but to get the chance to hear these songs live for myself with Zakk and Charlie helping to pay tribute to the Abbott brothers is something I do not want to miss. Zakk Wylde is more suited to playing in Pantera than with Ozzy.He nails it big time !

Initially I didn’t like Zakk’s playing in Pantera. Seemed like he wasn’t taking it seriously as he didn’t learn any of the riffs or solos, but after watching him do a phenomenal job playing Floods and watching some of the later footage, he’s really done well. I want to see them live now. I wanted everyone to take it easy on Phil because his voice box is blown and I didn’t want people talking shit… but whatever he’s done, it’s worked. I’m amazed at how good he sounds. And this is someone who absolutely was blown away by his vocals on Caught Up in the Gears of Application. Fucking love that album. Superjoint Ritual!!

This brings back so many memories from when I was 14. I will never forget standing at the front rail by the stage 2 feet from Dimebag. He threw a handful of guitar pics which I was able to get. Also got a couple of black eyes from two grown-ass men doing Zangief tornado spins. Great video and sound of the recording! You guys did excellent!

dimebag was so good he made it appear effortless. he just let it rip..even wen he was shitfaced! ive seen it live! he played planet caravan the whole song laying down half propped up on a monitor and he nailed it! i saw them live a bunch between 94-99..and each show was a blast! at one show Jerry Cantrell tagged along and played walk with the band it was insane! they loved the local Oregon weed that got thrown on stage..and the band would toss full beers into the crowd and there wer caught and slammed most of the time!
