Hello sir, I understand Dev D. is the one demonstrating on the video. You are part of the team of Taylor 4 U? I'm originally from a small town in the mid-south. SE Missouri to be exact. I started sewing at 19 because I couldn't afford designer clothes and college at the same time. I was taught by a 3rd generation seamstress. (Friend of the family) In the late 80's mens' patterns started disappearing from the market. I was forced to start drafting and altering patterns for new styles, etc. This is the day's before the internet. So over time and lots of mistakes I've learned most of what I know. I've read books and now of course we have You Tube. Confident sewer but by no means a master tailor. I free lance basics from time to time. I now live in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle, WA. I've worked for Husqvarna Viking sewing machine co. I am versed in embroidery sewing software and free lance software classes. I plan on sewing until I am to old and can't. I'm just in my early 50's now. Hope this bio give you a better ideal of a fan of Taylor 4 U. Oh I do love the trance music played. I will never tire watching Dev D. create. My favorite pants pattern is with a facing and no waist band. Belt loops are placed on top of the garment 1/4 to 1/2" from top of pant. I love welt pockets in the front and back. I usually bind the inside facing with a matching print of the coordinating shirt to go with the slacks. Thank you for your interest George.

I have one doubt, pls help me understand. When we stitch ladies pants the back length is increased by 1.4 inches at the waist. When we start to stitch the front and the back panels, the 1.4 is extra on the back panel. How do we stitch it? Please help me, I am stuck. Thank you
