Bayambang former Mayor, Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao, presents to the officials of the Provincial Government the preliminary project overview for the Pangasinan East-West Expressway (PEWEx) which will connect to the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) and shorten the travel time from Eastern to Western Pangasinan.
The project is expected to boost tourism and economic activities in the province, provide more jobs, and improve the quality of lives of Pangasinenses.
