Panel on Psychological Safety - the patterns, the promise and possibility

Psychological safety is one of the key Patterns required to achieve Better Value Sooner Safer Happier, and leaders are encouraged to “foster psychological safety” in their teams, and throughout the agile organisation.
But despite its obvious importance to agility, few organisations specifically address psychological safety.
In an attempt to shine a light on this important quality, we’ve assembled a panel of practitioners and experts. And we will address the following topics:
What does psychological safety look like in action?
The pattern: What do psychologically safe teams have in common?
The possibility: How can you expand psychological safety beyond teams to organisations and even society?
The promise: What can you start doing today to make a difference? A nudge to those attending to have a think!
