    i'm starting to think that I could do the job of nasa administrator. it appears to me the ability to take a step back and look at whats going on in different area's. then come up with a solution to cross task projects. i.e a vehicle that can both take us to mars and also take us to an asteroid. dealing with the ego's and demands of the stakeholders would be the hardest part. due to curiosity i'm questioning whether we really need a sample return program?
