Ingredients:
Cottage Cheese(Paneer) - 300gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp,
Dark Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 2 pinch
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
All Purpose Flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
Water to make thick batter
Oil for frying
Roasted Peanut - 1/2 cup
Jaggery/Sugar - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Coconut Milk/Water - 1/2 cup or as required
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2-3 (chopped)
Medium Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Dark Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Remaining Batter
Water - 100ml
Salt if required
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour Slurry (Corn Flour - 1 tbsp + Water - 2 tbsp)
Roasted & Crushed Peanut - 3 tbsp
Green Onion Chopped

I saw wah re wah chef ka Paneer Satay, and then happened to see yours. You prepared exactly the way I was looking for and had in one restaurant in Mumbai. Me and my friend were fans of this dish. WIll share him too. Anyways, perfectly and amazingly made. Will surely try!
