Just Made this again and came out perfect. In my view you are a Michelin star chef. I live in New York and some times I don't find freshest ingredients but still your recipe comes out great. Per my son it's a restaurant grade recipe. Please keep sharing great recipes. 👍

How to prevent the paneer from becoming rubbery in texture? - Is there any specific time at which I'm supposed to add the paneer cubes? - Should I pre-treat the paneer cubes (if so, how) before adding them to the gravy or just add them directly? - How long should the paneer cubes cook in the gravy? (The flavours must be absorbed but at the same time they should be soft and not become rubbery.) - Are there any other tips/tricks for this?

YOu should use almond butter and vegan almond milk,,tofu
Just Made this again and came out perfect. In my view you are a Michelin star chef. I live in New York and some times I don't find freshest ingredients but still your recipe comes out great. Per my son it's a restaurant grade recipe. Please keep sharing great recipes. 👍

Harpal Ji. I'm your huge fan. How to prevent the paneer from becoming rubbery in texture? - Is there any specific time at which I'm supposed to add the paneer cubes? - Should I pre-treat the paneer cubes (if so, how) before adding them to the gravy or just add them directly? - How long should the paneer cubes cook in the gravy? (The flavours must be absorbed but at the same time they should be soft and not become rubbery.) - Are there any other tips/tricks for this?

You are supposed to add paneer in the last and not cook it long otherwise it will turn rubbery.... and thank you so much Amrita
