I really love your recepies, specially all resturant style sabji and dal.. Your videos actually teaches us to make resturant style food at home.. Sir please make a video for chole chana with red gravy which is available in resturant.. Not one which is somewhat blackish brown in color. And for how many days can we store those gravies??

Chef Mai aap ki har dish dekhta hu par aap mostly ek he gravy Mai banate ho aap white or tomato gravy buffet style Mai bana k dikhaye.

Paneer makhani make by pure tomato gravy and use more cream and Butter and paneer Butter masala make Regular tomato gravy and add some white gravy khoya sweet some sugar with chope masala flavour sweet and sour that is Delhi style recipe
