No, the place of Pandua in Hooghly, it is a seperate city constructed many years after Pandua city of Hooghly. Hooghly Pandua and Malda pandu had only similarity by names only. But Hooghly Pandua had no glory of Gorgeous independent Sultanate. It was not a big city had no glory, fame, importance.

Pandua of Malda was the capital of Ancient Pundravardhana kingdom. Also it was a prominent trade city of Maharaja Shashanka's Gauda Empire, Pala Empire & Sena Empire. It was the official capital of Maharaj Ganeshnarayan. Mention these real historical facts, not the foreign invaders.
