I myself don’t collect Pandora anymore but back in the day there were ones unmarked .They are charms that the ale mark would damage /deflect from the style and are usually deep inside puffy ones or heart ones. Confirmed by head office to boot.

Very specific charms.. so ya this box is definitely for resellers and not necessary for people to keep them all. Sorry for so many fake charms... thankfully someone who is knowledgeable got this box like you so you an call them out on this. And yay for good customer service.

Unclaimed Baggage gets unclaimed airline baggage from any and all airlines. There's a waiting period for the owner to come forward, so it has been unclaimed for a long time before the items make it to the store. I've been to the physical location, and it is quite an experience. I would recommend to anyone, DON'T go without talking to someone who has been! You'll really benefit from an experienced visitor with regard to planning your trip.

You got some nice charms! I’m glad they were so helpful to you. I really appreciate the knowledge you give us. Thanks to you I discovered I have an authentic pandora bangle style snowflake bracelet with no charms as well as the soft style from the Bluebox goodwill. I have a problem cleaning the soft one. I used that jewelry cleaner but maybe I need sterling silver polish? Idk?

Hi Amy! I would rinse it in warm water and (with the drain closed) soak the bracelet in warm soapy water with dawn dish soap (the blue one) let it sit for maybe 30 minutes in the warm soapy water and then rinse, then put it in the jewelry cleaner for the time it says on the bottle, rinse, let it dry and then once it is fully dry polish with a Polishing clothe!

The warm water with dawn will loosen the dirt and grim and will make polishing much easier

I came across your video and was excited to watch but got disappointed when you said the mom charms should not have been in your box. Why would they leave out mom charms or even a grandmother charms is there was one. I call my mom, mom and my kids call me mom because I am a mom. I’m just confused as to why you would say what you said. Other than that I liked the video.

Hi Ronda, I think you misinterpreted what I meant, I call my mom mom as well, what I meant was I don't think putting very specific charms like MOM, Daughter, Dad, 30 and so on is good to put in a mystery box, as a collector I can't keep any of them because I'm not a mom, dad or 30 lol, I have nothing against Mom's 😊
