¼ cup masoor dal
¼ cup urad dal
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
2-3 tbsp ghee/oil
2 pinch heeng
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
4-5 cloves
2 whole red chili
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tomato paste
coriander leaves
green chillies
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cumin seeds
2 whole red chili
¼ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
