Different ingredients and some recipe panang curry paste also add roasted peanut ☺️

I thought pea nut is a must in panng curry paste and also it is what makes panang curry paste differentiate from red curry paste... am I wrong?

Yes you are also Right ☺️ and you also can add roasted peanut when you cooking panang curry as well (I have one more vdo I do add roasted peanut in paste ) but this vdo I separate ☺️ and can stored for long time ☺️without roasted peanut and recipe between Red curry and Panang curry paste also some different ingredients ☺️ such as cumin and pepper

@@thaicheffood4993can you please tell me how to make Panang curry base for restaurant in large quantity without adding all ingredients before, I mean just the base Panang curry so that we can add fresh chicken and veggies when we get orders?
