Sausage pan with sauce (for 2-4 people)
4 sausages
1 teaspoon tomato paste
100ml hot water
Half a teaspoon of thyme
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 medium tomato or 2 small
grated cheese
Let's cut 4 sausages into slices. Let's put 1 medium size or 2 small tomatoes in the mixer. You can peel them if you wish. For the sauce, let's mix 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and 100 ml of hot water.
Let's add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to a suitable pan and fry the sausages. Let's add our tomato sauce and cook for 1 minute. Let's add the sauce we prepared and boil for 2-3 minutes. Add the grated cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
You can decorate and serve with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal.
