I think women then were so naturally pretty, & were themselves not fake like many of today's women who all look the same like a Barbie production line with their aweful protruding lips etc, give me the 1970,80s anyday, god I would so love those years again best times ever, we were so lucky to grow up through them..

I ran a weekend board on a 100,000 watt FM station in S Florida in the 70s. I remember playing this song reoeatedly because of requests. Little did I know across the pond, the buggers were watching This! Dayum!

One thing I like about these Pan's People routines other than the beautiful women, is discovering obscure British pop hits of the 70's. This is a pretty cool and catchy tune. I like it!

These women were incredible! I wish that they showed this television program in the United States in it's prime.

Cherry just took gorgeous to the next level

This was my teenage years,and was DJ'ing 3nights a week and played most of the hits,of the 70"s.Great decade.

It was the seventies, I was young, these girls were only slightly older, they appeared on TV every Thursday night. The epitome of feminine perfection, within my eyes and millions of other eyes, just like mine. They could not change, they could never grow old, it was just impossible to ever consider. These girls were set in time and time stood so very still. So how could they ever grow old? They were a part of my youth and it was eternal, everlasting. How the years have wreaked their bitter vengeance upon all of us. Telling us all, that death is the only unchangeable factor of our all too short time upon this planet. Everyone around us, those we thought as being immortal during our innocent years, are cruelly taken from our side. These beautiful Angelic girls with their innocent style of seduction, were not immune from the cruelty of time and it's spiteful nature. To be told over recent years that four of these icons of youth everlasting, have succumb to the erosion of time, fallen ill and passed forever away from our lives, still and will always feel unbelievable to those of us who remain and remember them in their times of perfection and everlasting beauty. We can only stare with more than a little sadness at these brief outtakes from our youth, with a single tear in both eyes, one for the lost icon and the other for ourselves.

I've always been drawn to Ruth but in this routine, Dee Dee really puts in an effort! It's so distracting! Amazing! Not being British, I did not have the opportunity to see these performances when they were first brodcast, but the Pans People videos are definatly one of the treasures I have found on the internet. This is what it's all about.

Agreed. The choreography was absolutely dire every time, but this must be one of the worst examples. In addition, they were good-looking girls, dressed and dolled up, but not dancers.
