How come it got dark red in the end, when it was all green and slightly brownish....? All of a sudden while plating it became dark red in color which is nt possible with palak puree! Did u add color? But ur recipe is awesome...

It's because of the use of red chilli powder and kashmiri red chilli powder even the other spices . After being thoroughly cooked the tomatoes in the gravy may have also enhanced the red color

That colour at the end is impossible with such ingredients and with Palak he might have added food colour or may be the one he get after cooking is different from what we see in the final

Your Recipes are unique and spicy...❤️❤️ My only concern is the utensils you use for cooking.. Since you use non stick for most of your recipes, sometimes it become tough for a person using iron and steel utensils to cook without letting it stick.. I hope one day a common man like you who come up with extra unique and tasty recipes understand the concern with aluminium and non stick cookware Much love❤️❤️

And 1 thing more concerned about the use of silicon spatula while frying/cooking. Not criticising but should think of other options like stainless steel spatula/single use wooden spatula In brass/iron/steel utensils .
