I feel like the insight is very off. Mothers want men to volunteer to help out - they don't want to barter/ bargain with them to pitch in for what should be a shared duty anyway. Now if your concept was around dads competing with other dads on who changes diapers the best/ fastest - that's an idea.

I indeed advocate for dads to be involved in children development and education and for Brands to start a conversation with dads at the same level as it has always been done for mums...Now, if the suggestion here is to start considering dads with old-school prejudices and assuming that they are basically morons, I do not think I agree with the concept. Also, a competition for diapers duties with mums? Counting who does what in a household? Are we serious? New parenting is about being a solid team and taking care of the baby shouldn't be a punishment when you "lose". All in all, do not think anyone has considered what a family is supposed to be here, I see the "gamification" sense and how this is supposed to be fun but hey! dads still looks like idiots and that is not ok ;)
