PRINTABLE RECIPE: Wild Maine Blueberry Muffins Recipe:
1 Cup of milk
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Large Egg
2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup of Fresh or frozen Wild Maine Blueberries
1️⃣ Heat oven to 400 Degrees. Using a 12 medium muffins cup pan, line with paper baking cups.
2️⃣Beat milk, oil, vanilla and egg in a large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all at once just until the flour is moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter evenly among muffin cups.
