Palworld needs to fix their core game so their game is playable instead of adding new stuff. It doesn't have a reliable save system that doesn't involve editing the game-files. The game erased my data 7 hours and then 200 hours in. The wild thing is there's already backup save info IN PLACE on the steam platform. Posting instructions, in the game, to require you to edit the game files to create a backup save for a $30 game that's sold 250 million copies is entirely unacceptable, early access or not.

I hate that my game crashes every few hours on my steam deck OLED. They really need to fix that.

How about adding the ability to play the game without crashing every couple of minutes? I used to play on Xbox and I’ll boot up after every patch to see if I can play, and then shortly find out after a couple of minutes, it crashes.

What they need to do is link all the bases so you can use any item from any base no matter which one of the three your in

This!! That would be epic when you have 2 or 3 bases and all are for diff purposes. Make like a bag u get in a boss fight where you can access any item from your base but only if you have the bag in your accessories

I don't think this should be base. Make it called a "Carrier" system, and yo assign a flier too it, as long as an active flier is available and in good health, you can link all bases crafting wise. :) That would be the best way to do it IMHO.

I've been playing games forever and never seen a game so many common sense changes so fast. I love it!

I'm happy to finally find a game that runs on my old gaming pc and is 3dfancy. Sick of getting excited for every upcoming game then it has something wrong. Also sick of games thinking they're worth $70 box. I'm not paying that then getting stuck with a game I don't even like or will not run. Palworld has been my hero in a day an age where there are no heroes left.

@@chrisbruchak4519 Yea there's a refund option, however if you haven't tried the game within 2 weeks or accidentally put 2 hours or more on it you get no refund. Had that happen to me. Bought a couple games on sale to try out but didn't get around to trying them out cause of work/kids responsibilities and when I tried to refund one I was denied cause it was 2 weeks and 3 days later.

I love the Mercy ring~ it even affects whatever Pal you ride as if they had the Mercy Trait

I min/maxed several aspects of this game and havent really touched it since. From the looks of it, its time to pick it back up.

I was giving more time to mods to evolve too, comming back to it will be even more amazing that the first time playing.

Protip: don't spend tech points on the mercy ring. Merchants sell them and you only need one.

I just fought another trainer in the wild. This was definitely needed and training manuals

I have to play again. I didn't do any tower bosses, lots of pals to catch. Just a lot of base building, and caught a Jetdragon before beating them XD.

Hope they add a coal, suffer and gem 💎 mining thing. Like they did ore

What I wanna see in the future is pal storage boxes, where you can dump excess or specialty pals into a box and they won’t be in your build boxes and you can have in theory infinite pals

I’ve taken a break from Palworld just to wait for updates. My break started even before the base AI improvement. Seeing all these updates and QoL changes is making me so anxious to come back. I will hold off probably until these all drop. I’m so hype they keep updating and listening to the community!!

They fixed all my biggest gripes if I had to list them. I'm pretty impressed. Guess I'm playing come summer.

This game gets getting easier and easier

Came back after a long break. My biggest complaint was the end game is pretty much exclusively just waiting for breeding eggs trying to get the right traits and it was slow as hell to just get an egg. That seems to have been massively sped up and have a server with some friends where we are building massive castles and creating a 4* of everything

No improvements to base building? I hope they add better functionality to the snapping and placement of foundations.

Did you not forgot The biggest QoL Basse manegment? You have new opions in your worker pedastal, so you can set like you ice pal only chill the frige or miner only Mine and nothing eles and so on.

That dresser is a waiste of Ancient Tech points. You literally unlock it with the antique furniture set with reg Tech points..DONT WASTE ANCIENT POINTS TO UNLOCK IT! The best new updates are the raid...cause its fun! The ore mining 2 site and the fact that you can make pal souls because those were a pain in the ass to find!

all this, plus a story, plus more interesting things to find as well as a bit better progression, and its shaping out to be a good game. Should be maybe some sort of pal tournaments where one cannot/arent allowed to fight oneself (ie as pokemon battles, I know thats a difference between this and pokemon however some limited fights like that would be fun)

Would be cool if you could give items to human pals insted of skills

Ring of Mercy is the best on this patch.

I have been freed from IV breeding hell only to be put into raid boss farming hell.

The fact that this game gives your pals so much love and things to do including to fight in a raid is LEAGUES better than Pokemon. On top of that its free updates.

@@vssugakookie2398 WHAT??!?!??! That is NOT what it means, I've made proper games and spent almost 300 hours just for it to get denied on steam cause of some issue. Not only that but it is so incredibly hard to develop a game especially with a small team. I do not know about you but i haven't even encountered a single crash and all the bugs that get reported get fixed in the next update.

​@@vssugakookie2398I've only crashed like two times in about 200 hours on PC, so it's a good standard nowadays, to be honest. The game still need some debugging and tweaking for the AI thought (mostly for the human enemies)

And yess thats exactly what it means because instead of constantly adding more and more updates they should probably focus more on fixing the issues they already have. That's like buying a pair of shoes with no soles and instead of the company adding soles they add rhinestones!

Wish it was a creative mode so I can just mess around. I played just on Xbox.

Honestly Dazzi clouds are pretty hard to come by. Theres like 6 zones in pal world. The starting syndicate area with level 1-10s The higher level syndicate area that connects the 2 islands up top to the rest of the syndicate area thats got cows which has level 10-20s Then you have the free pal alliance area thats got 20-30s Then the volcano area thats in the 30s The the desert And finally the ice mountain. Other then caged Dazzis in the starting areas. You'll have to wait until the 2nd hardest area to get them. Its Honestly kinda lame. Especially when I have to keep a 3rd base free for raids anyway so when Im not using it I can destroy it using rb on the map set it up next to me and fast travel. They should have made it a permanent item or made dazzi clouds more accessible early. Since I don't need metal. I only use 1 base now. The second base is mostly for breeding which is late game. And the 3rd base for raids. I just don't see the point of that item.

Shame I’m on PlayStation, would’ve loved to have played Palworld 😭

imagine in the future palword got a monster hunter crossover even final fantasy, where we can take on a behemoth or rathalos raid boss and get cool outfits and even final fantasy or monster hunter pals.......maybe catch a palico or a Cactuar 🤣 only if big devs supported little devs like this.

It's getting PvP. This is a good enough reason for me to finally try out this game.

They really need to fix the constant crashing on xbox multi-player . Mine constantly crashes, can't go into dungeons while playing with my kids, I absolutely love this game but it crashes like every 4 to 5 mind. Not fun at all.

Right now it's not even enjoyable! I logged on after a long break! My pals are still clueless on base and in combat! I did 6 dungeons and not 1 pal in my team helped, they just stand there! I really love this game but losing interest fast😢😢

Which platform are you using to play? The pals pathfinding isn't super good, so you need to design your base thinking of functionality more than aesthetics or they're likely to get stuck or take long detours to do things. About combat, avoid using three attacks with long cooldowns on your pals, otherwise they're likely to do nothing for a while when all their attacks are used.

I hope we're getting a bigger Palbox, since we're getting more pals. What I don't like is over time the Pals you catch, the Pals you breed has been getting shittier and shittier for passive skills. It's harder to find decent passives, now. And when breeding a lot more crap passives keep bleeding in. It used to be easier to transfer good passives. Wtf happened? Why is it so bad now in breeding? I hope they fix and reverse that again, it's terrible now! I can throw in a bird with only nimble, and another bird with only runner, and I'll get maybe one of them and the rest filled with all this crap that wasn't even a part of them. So, then I'll have to burn through 40-50 of them to get a proper combo of just these two moves. It's ridiculous! It wasn't like that before!

hmm. thinks like ore mine and ring of mercy dont seem like great changes to me. they are way too accessible and takes away a part of the game, makes it just easier. i dont like that path that everything should just become easier

Until they fix combat im staying away. It really sucks that they just stand there when the moves are on cd. Get rid of the really weak attacks that no one uses and make those animations basic attacks pals can do in between moves
