If only Catanduanes Tourism Board can prioritize to uplift the living conditions of the children of the island first, before promoting the place.... So many severely undernourished children on the other side of the island, contaminated water supply, no medical equipments, supplies, and personnel... A place where children can only dream of a mere fried chicken... which many of us here in urban settings just throws away. I can only pray for those so frequent and so many typhoons passing the island to carry with them all those politicos, and be replaced by real public servants.

@filsbeni9047 TRUE,but on the other hand,let's be positive.I think those problems you've mentioned are the priorities and responsibilities of the Provincial and LGU gov't.officials.As with regards to Catanduanes Tourism Board or any tourism board from Batanes to Tawi-Tawi,their main purpose should be for the country's TOURISM TO FLOURISH and their main concern SHOULD BE FOR THE TOURISTS TO ENJOY THE BEAUTY AND SPLENDOR OF THE PLACE BY BEING SAFE FROM ANY UNCALLED FOR INCIDENTS.The tourism board MUST WORK TOGETHER AND COMMUNICATE FIRST WITH THE PROV. AND LOCAL OFFICIALS and present their concerns and improvements needed by such community before they promote and splurge the place to tourists.Glad to know and appreciate these travel vloggers because their videos show a lot of amazing places thus they also PROMOTE TOURISM ASIDE FROM THE DOT.
