Antigua model very nice! Is the model garage a three car tandem? Not much room for three car garage on max 52’ lots.

Good question Claudia. No tandem available. “3 car garage availability limited by homesite.” So probably not on 52’ site. I can check further should you like?

No, builders won't choose a flood zone to build in. Flood zone maps will be changing and will be considering more the proximity to the gulf.
