So you’re thinking about moving to Palm City Florida and want to know the pros and the cons? In this video I cover several of the pros and cons of living in Palm City Florida so that you can make the best decision of where to live when moving to Florida.
Living in Palm City is a whole different experience from living in the rest of the Treasure Coast. Palm City has several pros and cons that separate it from everywhere else. In general, the people that you will see on the roads in Palm City are the people that live there. There is not much going on in Palm City, and so there is little reason for people to go there from Port Saint Lucie or Stuart. Because of this, there will not be a lot of traffic in the area, and it really gives it more of a small town feel. Palm City has also been established for a long time, and there is not a ton of new construction going on. This means that most places have mature landscaping, well organized infrastructure, and less noise in the area.
Palm City is located in Martin County, and Martin County is one of the 3 counties that make up the Treasure Coast. Palm City is known for its larger plots of land, wonderful HOA communities, and wonderful golf courses.
