I am a beginner and I cook rarely, but whenever I do I will pick Madras samayal for guidance, Usually Steffi's step by step guidance helped me a lot and always turned out very well, but this pallipalayam chicken really took a lot of time and also ended up with failure. May be I think it won't work for beginners. Erode Ammachi samayal has explained it even more better
