Pallet Jack Safety Video (The Funny One)
My third safety video! Some friends at work graciously allowed me to produce this for their department. This video explains in quite graphic detail 2 very important safety rules to follow every time you use a manual pallet jack.

Steel toe shoes in warehouse, mandatory period. Watch closely that notice where he placed the steel toe shoe and look at the shoe that was supposed to be the steel toe shoe being crushed, its not the same shoe. I guess he didn't want to scuff those that new steel toe!

Steel toe caps I believe can only support to around 300KG's. Not sure about the new plastic ones.

Empty plastic pails……your bare feet would have survived that!
Why was the shoe in a different place from 1:49 to 1:50, If i'm not mistaken that was the same shoe as the first clip.

Haha well the reason is it had a more dramatic effect using the shot of the black shoe and I guess I thought it would be funny. Not sure if it actually garnered the right response though 😅

steel toe caps only protect your toes, and worst case cenario your toes will be decaptitated instead of crushed

Don't play pallets jack
Yes, safety shoes are great to protect the feet, but in the video the shoe is not place in the same spot. The second time the shoe is place under the notch, and not at very corner as the first one. Bad for the video.
2:08 my boss would do this a lot to get from one place to another faster

Lol same one of my managers told one of my friends to stand on a pallet while he wheels the pallet around with my friend on it he didnt really care tbh
Maybe not wear long robes or dresses around them as well- it is an entanglement hazard.
