This should be a great update. I really hope in the future they allow us to sell our crafted furniture to other players. Even if we can't set the prices ourselves, it would be a great way to earn money, empty out storage and let players have access to furniture they may not have the material or time to craft.

@@wg1752 I do know, but visually it still takes up a ton of space and I have a lot of furniture which I don't use but received as rewards or had to craft for quests or to level up my furniture making skill. So if I had the chance to sell it, it would make it more useful.

You can't imagine how fast I clicked this video notification. It said it was posted 16 seconds ago when I started watching, and I squealed the whole way through! I have halted all my progress in Palia to spend all my money on the new features!

I had dropped Palia for a while but this update has me wanting to play again. I'm with you on the real life time needed for crafting and needing to fish to make gold.

The design tools and pets are a smart decision on their part. Can’t wait to have that cutie palcat.

I hope they fix the tree quest, prove your devotion. It has been driving me nuts

So there's really a bug? I was wondering what I was doing wrong, I keep planting and growing trees and yet the quest isn't complete :(

if you still don't have a workaround, the only thing that worked for me was waiting for them to mature (drop the acorns) and then spend an hour (24 hours in game time) on your plot doing nothing. i spent this time re-decorating.. i know it's a pain but at least it's something.

Totally agree with you about the economy. I love grindy games and have been loving Palia but after hours of playing in a day I won’t feel like I accomplished much.

I just want more farm plots :(

I would really like to see an almanac added to the game. It seems really strange that Palia doesn't have one. It has the 'Collections' button, but that's just emotes and pets. I want to know how many of the bugs and fish I've caught, plus descriptions of the place/time they can be caught.

I really hope they update the premium store to allow for various categories & ability to buy outfits in pieces. I’d be way more inclined to buy stuff. Some of the outfits I don’t like as a whole but love pieces.

Another great episode. I will definitely have to start playing again. I can’t wait for the new harvest house and other design tools. Also to be able to play a game or two of hotpot lol. Hugs

I totally agree to grinding isn't good. It should be equal across the board. Its supposed to be fun and it does give people chill time after work not work after work right. 😊

These look cool, I'm only about 60 hours into the game, I'm far from having finished allthe quests or even unlocking all my plot, but I'm having a lot of fun, except for one thing, the chat. Do you know if there's a way to turn off the chat or at least hide i for a while? I was doing the temple of Gales quests the other night, trying to find the last piece of evidence, but there was some drama on the chat about a tree or something, some people were whining, some guy was trolling, ...it was so annoying. I'm on Switch and I was playing on hand held in my bed and that stupid chat kept popping taking half of my screen and I was so irritated that I stopped playing. It was the opposite of cozy gaming :'(

You can turn off the chat channels by unchecking them!

Palia is really amazing for a free game. They really should have charged a small sum to purchase the game ($25 or $30 USD would have been perfect). Too many people associate "free" with "bad," and Palia is definitely not bad. I've been enjoying it quite a bit.

I agree! I’ve got some games that take up so much storage and that I’ve had to pay $30 plus for, Palia is free and is my favorite game

I love Hotpot ❤ I hope there will be some nice rewards for playing. I hope for Palia they’ll raise the limit of space. 😢

As a 109 level Miner, I am sad that this skill will be nerfed a bit. I am a level 11 Fisherman and a level 12 Cook which shows the inequity in the skill rewards.

I am so happy the in-game economy is being fixed! I have found the game to be particularly grindy in comparison to other similar games and it often deters me from playing.

I have 9 plots but then my first plot is done i cant use anything in my other plots - am i missing something. What am i gonna use 8 other plots for if the amount of items i can place is not even enough for one plot ...
