I like mining a gazillion more times than hunting. But, I'm such a hoarder.... I rarely sell anything - which is why I'm so broke and my storage is so full!

I'd been kind of noticing this over the past week of playing, but it was more of an 'intuitive' thing and I never fully tested it. Thank you for testing this!! Truly amazing! I am absolutely going on a mining spree tonight when I get off work. :D

I just tried to hunt for 20 Minutes and made almost 9k in gold from that. Over 9k if I include the gatherables which dont take any time to take while hunting. If you use animation canceling, use fine arrows (I shot around 300 in 20 Minutes) and have a good route, its easy and consistent. If you are lucky and the magic sernuk spawns in your route multiple times, you could probably go over 10k in some runs. Hunting was always the most profitable way to make active money for me. Thats why I am level 220 in hunting now :P

Thank you so much for this, as someone who works full time and has short spans to play, I appreciate the methods and testing you did with the results!

Currently I have 11 glow worm farms. I feed them with 30 mountain morels each, some gathered in the world, the rest bought at zeki's. A morel costs 16 gold, each gives 1 glow worm and 3 fertilizer which can be sold altogether for 40 gold. so per morel you make a win of 24 gold. that taken x 30 (morels you put in the farm) per farm you make at least +720 gold in 30 hours, if you prefer to gather a part of the morels or use fruits from your garden the profit can be even higher. That's a good way of making passive money once you invested in the licenses to build several farms. It works for you while you're not in the game as well as while you're just playing or hunting etc. for extra cash.

I also glow worm farm passively! I tell everyone that gardening is your steady paycheck that will get you by and always be there for you, but that you can make even more at your side hussle when you have the time. ❤️

I just got done testing it and I got about 6k for mining for 20 mins and 3655 for hunting. Yeah I'd say mining is better in my testing as well. Great video. Thank you.

I just started playing like a month ago, and im not a big miner but with the need of copper ore i leveled up quickly, im gonna try this now lol but I think the best way is farming. I used hunting to pay my way to new soil plots and ive been using the gold star tomato seeds for planting then selling, while still keeping and using regular tomato seeds in the seed maker for food for obviously feeding myself. but faming is so slept on, its a great money maker!!

You are correct, farming is 100% the best way!! This was more of a guide for when your farm is all set, you only have 20 minutes to play, what do you do? Always do your farm first if you need moolah! It's your steady paycheck, this is that bonus check from that second job you work on the weekends. :)

Or do they make enough arrows to compensate out of 1 flint? (Pardon any mistakes) 5 sapwood + 1 flint is 8 g total to make how many arrows again?

@@ShetoastyNakimoto crafting makes 20 arrows, so you would be turning 8g into 20g, or 32g into 100g, with very easily obtainable ingredients. If you don't need the sapwood or flint for anything else, it's a small but quick profit.

Hi thanks for the video! I am sorry but I've got a question, maybe you can or can't help me and this is not about getting money in the game. But last night I wanted to change my whole house and furniture. But I never really did it so I got kind of lost with the parameters and I reset the default residential plot, thinking that the house and everything around it would be put somewhere else. Maybe it did, I do not know. So everything that was on my plot disappeared and I don't know how to get them. If you know can you help me?

I would think everything would be back in your inventory or for the houses and things, would be back in your top down screen. So if you go to place rooms like you would before, are the rooms in there? I have personally never reset a plot like that, I've always picked everything up.

But anywhere I look that could possibly have my house and everything that was on my plot, there is nothing. Maybe I can reset my account ? and start over again ? For the moment I send a mail to singularity six, waiting for an eventual answer. And playing on a new account. :/

Mujin are hard to catch solo! The idea behind this test was...you're a solo player, how do you make money the fastest? Doing stuff with friends, ESPECIALLY hunting those babies, would def lead to higher payout! But coordinating people to chop trees/shoot them, that's extra time.

Yep! I randomly wanted another plot, dipped into the "bank", and had a plot and a harvest house paid for. Best feeling ever.

I've been playing Palia for ages and had no idea about the back door entrance to Bahari- I thought it was only one way (Bahari to home.) I'll definitely use this from now on- thanks! (Even though that wasn't what the video was about at all 🤣)

So I spent all afternoon mining, and managed to get an amethyst (first!)... Now I'm trying to decide if Tamala is worth the 2k gold I would lose if I give it to her. She angers me, but I need to get close to her....

Thats great thanks for sharing. Last time I went mining there was almost nothing. Got some iron. Mostly stone and flint in the "back yard". I even used a compass. So sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I think for me its going to be a mix of things.

I 100% do a mix of things for sure. Gardening is my steady paycheck, and now that the deer also drop plushies I've been hunting more. But if I can only play for 20 minutes, I still hit rocks. :)

Every time I go mining I find almost no node cause everyone mined them already, and I'm a new player so I don't know the routes yet, meaning I keep getting lost and going in circles 😅

Lots of people have different routes, but if you are having trouble on a server try going to another one! Also asking if anyone is mining so you can mine with them can help, too! There is no penalty for hitting together whatsoever. The entire server could run around together and everyone would get rocks!

The gems randomly spawn when hitting rocks, with different gems in different kinds of rocks. So just start smacking!

Hunting and mining are my side money making. My main source is my crops granting me 11 350g every 3 irl hour. Don't need to stay online just to connect once per hour to water and take off the weeds. If i feel like to play even more i hunt and mine adding extra money to my crops.

Gardening is totally my main paycheck! But not everyone can log in like that, so I wanted to test the best way to make cash in a quick way. Seeds and glowworm farms are my steady cash for sure, but need money quick with only an hour to play? I'm setting up my garden stuff quick...but then I'm going mining.

@@RavyniaGamingin my experience I’ve been able to do a 100x cake party in about an hour and 15 minutes and banked 80kg. So if you do have the time is def worth it to sign up for one! Buying the stock from zekis cost less than 4K and it’s a great profit!

3k in 20 mins isn't horrible. That is around almost 10k/hr. Also considering as a newer player hunting will be more profitable starting off.

It's honestly about finding what YOU like best! Hunting can be really good if you're good at it! Some people have a harder time on controller or Switch, but the mining nodes don't run off haha! Hunting is absolutely an excellent way to make money though, but you DO have to get materials for your arrows first, so keep that in mind, too. To mine all you need is your axe!

As someone who doesn't enjoy hunting, this is vindicating.

I wouldn't bother rushing to get rich quick in this game. I've been gold capped for months and it's impossible to spend enough to keep your farming, hunting etc going. Eventually you will run out of storage and not be able to sell stuff and then you will be at a point where you're buying furniture you don't like or want, just to make some coin space that doesn't use storage room to sell what you've gathered. It's very unrewarding and annoying. So yeah, moral to this story, don't be in a hurry to make a lot of gold!

I'm sorry this guide isn't for you!! Some of us have been spending tons of coin on Zeki coins, or on building multiple plots because we have tons of different design ideas haha! My harvest houses are at 70K I think? 🤣 So I always need money! We all feel what you’re saying about storage though, I'm a hoarder, my storage is always at cap.

I must be an asshole then because i dont shoot flares for the palium. I thought it was a common thing to mine due me finding it constantly lol woops. Sorry palians. 😂
