I still would like to see the forming of Alliances or Guilds or Teams or whatever you want to call them, to work together and have quests for said groups. I believe this would create more unity in the game. In turn, promoting more unity, you could easily share items for builds and whatever it is needed for.

I think you can create communities, although idk how they work very well.

As a newer player I have no idea what hotpot is but I'm very excited to get involved. 😊

The changes are great for the gold/ reown , I've been capped for weeks on both - also I would like too see incrase of storage :)

Completely agree. Wasn't it said somewhere that a plumehound chooses who they stay with? Seems like this would make a great storyline and quests where you can earn a plumehound in game.

One huge thing I wish for is the garden plots to not go away. I know this would essentially make a how useless but maybe make them last longer. Hot Pot yay! ...and paths...the pet is cute but you're right, it looks like a Palcat with big ears. Tools yes but how much?!

Having been playing since the beginning of beta, I have tons of resources and hit the gold cap several times a week, because of my gardening income stream. I hope there are new Lucky Box drops.

I saw the update and shouted "HOTPOTTTTTTT!!!" So excited haha! (Edit: considering how excited everyone else is, now I'm concerned that there won't be ENOUGH hotpot tables in the Underground to handle everyone's excitement lol) Definitely love the economic revamp coming - most workbench recipes requires insane levels of flow and palium, and it was at the level where it just wasn't fun. It made more sense to just buy the darn furniture from Tish or Zeki, and give up on ever collecting enough resources naturally without intense hours of grinding. I get it's an MMO, but that's the WORST part of MMOs and I was always so surprised they took this approach. Very happy to see it fixed.

I hope they make the game a lil more survival like becouse why not...maybe as an option or so

As a player who has already completed pretty much all of the base game as it stands, I'm excited that it'll be easier for new players, but I'm also a little disappointed that I ended up spending so many extra resources in comparison 😅 C'est La Vie

I just want a new zone to farm.. I stopped playing three weeks ago because there is nothing to do.. why need more gold if there is nothing to spend it on.. I wasn't playing this for a building/Plot type player.. I want more content.. and crazy how excited you are for this game..

This bothers me, great for new players but what about those who spend 100k+ or upgrades and things.

Now I need to learn how to actually play hotpot. Lol

We need farm animals so we can have our own milk & eggs etc.

Lots of good stuff, but I'm kinda sad that they will be using palia time for building. I work overtime so I only get an hour a day to play so I love being able to fill my crafting stations, and let things build while I'm working to come home to them built and smelted bars and cut planks. I hope they don't make crafting stations pause while logged out too

Unless they are increasing the renown cap to be the same as the gold cap... it... is a massive miss, it helps sure - but the issue plaguing most players is that there isn't anything to spend it on once they finish buying all of the single purchase things. It's why when people on my server were BMing about the cost of the wall papers, I promptly reminded then that once they buy them their renown is just going to start going to the void again. For their 3rd (I think🤔) economy update, they're just shuffling the cards in an incomplete deck when they should be adding new ones in. I.E. letting players sell crafted furniture. But remember that these are just the opinions of a Tiny Dragon with Titanic Dreams

ITA about crafted furniture. It may not be eating up inventory space but it makes it harder to find the things you want. Folks are crafting just to get XP and finish quests not because they actually want the items. There should be a way to sell or repurpose the resources used once the items are no longer needed. My furniture making level is so low because i don’t want the stuff I craft cluttering my storage.

Is anyone feeling ominous about this? The vibe of Reddit is that this is a sign of the end times coming

I understand that folks want more epic item spawns to make things easier but wouldn’t that take away the value? If palium is spawning frequently like copper and iron ore… what makes it special? Also I think having flow tree groves spawning every night also takes away value. I feel like flow tree groves should be something that happens… less. Let more singular trees spawn on occasion. Rare and epic items should be just that…rare and epic. I do agree that the sell value should be higher for rare items but so called rare items shouldn’t be so easy to get. All it does is make folks finish the game faster and then they’ll be back to complaining that there’s nothing to do and they’re maxed out on everything. (Shrugs) I’m sure Hot Pot is fun (I’ve never played). But I feel like one of the reasons people missed it so much is because they’ve nothing else to do frfr. But if it was that popular I can see why they brought it back. It’s a good move to buy time to work on storyline hopefully.
