બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લામાં અષાઢી બીજના દિવસે ઠેર ઠેર ભગવાન જગન્નાથની ભવ્ય રથયાત્રા યોજાઈ હતી જેમાં પાલનપુર શહેરમાં પણ પથ્થર સડક વિસ્તારમાં આવેલ રામજી મંદિર ખાતેથી સવારે શુભ મુર્હુતમાં ભગવાન જગન્નાથની ભવ્ય રથયાત્રા યોજવામાં આવી હતી આ રથયાત્રા પાલનપુર શહેરના પૂર્વ તેમજ પશ્ચિમ વિસ્તારમાં પરિભ્રમણ કરી સાંજે નિજ મંદિરે પરત ફરશે.
