Excellent recipe my friend. Having owned two gourmet restaurants please can I suggest some enhancements for the viewers. Add additional cup of grated onion with chopped onion for flavor and consistency. While bhunaoing add a heaped spoon of besan for flavor and to thicken. Increase qty of kasuri methi. In masalas 1/4 tsp amchur. Garnish with roasted ground garam masala and roasted ground jeera kashmiri degi mirch and a spoon of ghee. Enjoy!!!

Good additions, my 2 cents, I add the stalks of cilantro puréed with spinach and for a variation green’s of the spring onion
