Friends, today I am sharing Instant method of making Idada. Yes this instant idada recipe is a must try recipe for all who loves Idada. Idada is also known as white dhokla. Traditionally Idra / white dhokls is made from fermenting rice & urad for longer duration. However, today in this video I have shown a method for making it within an hour and it tastes equally well.
I have also made green chutney to accompany this instant idra/idada.
This is famous Gujarati Farsan recipe and also a healthy breakfast for anyone, anytime.
I hope you would like this recipe to try at home.

INSTANT IDADA
A cup of Kanki Rice (कनकी चावल)
½ cup Urad Dal (उरद दाल)
¼ cup Rice Poha (चावल का पोहा)
½ cup Sour Curd (खट्टा दहीं)
Water as required (पानी)
1 tsp Salt (नमक)
¼ tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
A Lemon (निम्बू)
1 tsp Oil (तेल)
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
IDADA CHUTNEY
¼ cup Rice Poha (चावल पोहा)
2 no. Chopped Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Half inch Chopped Ginger (अदरक)
Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
½ tsp Salt (नमक)
1 tsp Sugar (चीनी)
Half Lemon (निम्बू)
¼ cup Water (पानी)
