It blows my mind how you don’t have more subscribers. Your videos are excellent. Great lighting, great audio, great descriptions, and you explain things well.

CTB35 hands down. Beats the GR2 34L and 40L. Just a better use of space and can more easily add stuff if you need to.

Great video, very helpful. If possible, could you include the new GORUCK GR3 35L in the video and maybe pack everything from the PAKT into the GR3 to get an understanding of how much room organizational features take up? That would be awesome.

I used these several times with the hope of making them work. In subsequent videos on other travel bags I made some small updates to what I thought. Ultimately this layout didn’t work for me.

Another vote for CTB 35. Best combo of simplicity, external accessibility, and ease of use. Bullet can fit in the secondary laptop compartment before it’s fully packed out.

Just got the CTB 35 and TD 35, and although a bit big for me at 5'5, I love it. I also have the CTB 26 Carryology Xpac and the CPL 24 Carryology as well. Also have the CAP 1 and 2 CAP 2's. Absolutely love the Evergoods products. Thinking about getting the MHP 3.5 sling. What do you like about the sling? as always love your stuff, very informative.

Very nice! I do love the MHP and the CAS2...just depends on how you plan to use them. The MHP is big enough to carry most EDC gear...planning to do a stand-alone MHP video at some point.

I was drawn to this the travel pack for the less attention grabbing (thus less prone to theft or robbery) design, color choices and durable materials used. The clamshell dividers are uniquely practical for a more wrinkle free travel. I like the zip out expansion pack that can also fit the 15 liter day pack while transiting but one has also the option of using it as part of the under seat stowage in a larger commercial plane too. I am guess 45 +10 =55 liters in total would not be accepted at carry-on by most airlines. The 15 liter day pack with that is amazing flexibility both sliding into the expansion pouch or under the seat carry-on is perfectly thought out. The 35 & 45l v2 travel back pack is out of stock and overprice for non US residence. It does not include the 15l day back which is another overpriced $185USD. The daisy chain loops don’t have much of a functional use. The hip strap does no longer double as a fanny pack as like in version 1. I would to compression packing cubes instead of the PakT branded ones regardless of the loops. The clip-on pouches are very expensive for they lack luster utility. There are more functional and cheaper one out there that make more sense. The front 2 pouches can’t be combined into an one cable locking system like Peak Designs 45 liter. The aluminum back stays have been replaced with a cheaper plastic set. The water bottle pouch is not long enough to be used alternatively, as a tripod or monopole & stand pouch.

I have an osprey that opens clamshell like this and I love it for that. Just quick my clothes in there. It even has straps. One side clothes the other a pair of shoes and some additional pants and slippers. But I don't like how the osprey and the pakt look. In this size they are probably more useful than the evergoods. But the goruck and evergoods do look better...

I'm debating on the GR2 Dyneema... I mean it's essentially better than my current GR2 as it's over a pound lighter, waterproof and has a quick access pocket.. the biggest issue is that it will not age well. You planning on doing a review? Seems like a great travel backpack.

@@JBOutside1 Well, after my trip...which really didn't pack the bag out to "the max", but did use the Expansion section for part of the trip, I found the backpack not as comfortable as I had thought it would be. Admittedly still getting used to proper adjustments with the load lifter straps etc. I have an Able Carry Max as well, that is more comfortable. But the caveat...it carries less. So when I used that on a trip a few months ago I probably had a smaller load overall...and less heavy stuff (don't recall being able to carry my CPAP machine for instance). So, I tried a smaller load on the trip home with the Pakt and divided out part of the load. Much more comfortable! Also, perhaps the backpack needs to be used a bit to truly "break it in". Time will tell.
