To the extent of announcement, Bhutto was best speacher but as for as prosperity is concerned, Bhutto had crushed the poors at all levels. Prisoners of 1971 war were not being repatriated despite repeated requests of Indian government. All the foodstuffs were given in the hands of depot holders thus the poor people were compelled to beg before the depot holders. Army was being badly insulted at all levels and was issued with rotten and insect affected flour and brown sugar which was never used by army before or after Bhutto.
