I know it's huge to drink milk for everyone in South Asia and people think it's very healthy and stuff 🙂 In reality, milk is good for kids ONLY while they are growing up and milk is unhealthy/bad for adults 🙂 In the US, adults don't drink milk like how South Asian people drink it everyday.

Milk is the only complete food, or baccha bade budhe koi bhi ho sabko doodh pina chaiye according to doctors jb tk koi lactose intolerant na ho, America mein almost 50 million log lactose intolerant hai isliye wo nhi peete doodh...toh doctor ki studies padha karo.... civilians ki bakchodi nahi.
