Dear Moazzam, I have been to Mumbai during 2018 & I have passed by these houses on Worli Road on my hired taxi. Jinnah House at Malabar Hills is spread over eighteen Kanals of land. Late Dalip Kumar ji's & Late Suneel Datt's villas are adjoining & each spread over four Kanals land at Bandra. Late Lata ji used live in a flat situated at Arthar Road. Famous Sidhi Vinayak Temple & adjoing Shivaji Park ( also known as Macca of Cricket in India )are worth visiting alongwith Gate of India, adjoing Taj Hotel & famous Tata Art gallery (many paintings, each painting worth crores of Rupees ) too are worth visiting at Mumbai. Thanks.

Mere mama nai mumbai mai apna flat liya tha abhi for about 4 crore.

Normal 1 bhk flat rent in Mumbai starting is aprox 50k to 3Lac

Na mai kabhi flat mae raha hun aur future mae ghar hi mae rehna pasand karunga. Lekin in a new home.currently Mera ghar bada hai bcz I live in a joint family it's big like an apartment, basically feels like flat system only.

Many celebrities live around juhu and bandra. 5. Usually all the people who come out of celebrities homes are tourist.

3cr Indian rupees will get you 2bedroom apartment of 700sqft atleast 20kms away from main south mumbai,all the towers what you have atleast 5crores for 2bedroom in main city

Jitna me ek private bunglow mile ga, utne ka to same space ka 10-20 flat mill jae ga. Sayad aap bahut, zada ultra rich (multi millionaire) hai, jo aapka itna bada bada wishes hai. Ya fir Lahore me Land bahut sasta hai. Ya fir aapka ancestral land hai city me. (I don't know which is true ). Aam aadmi ke liye flat me rahana majboori hai.

Bombay has no space, its a linear city and very narrow. the real estate is one of the most expensive in the world. the land cost it self is 100-150 Cr in some areas. so yes, most people with a bungalow would be people who purchased the land long time ago and most prefer to make a building structure due to space constraints, flooding issues during monsoon, to get a sea view with a vertical building. ranbir kapoor demolished his family bungalow and has now made it into a building & is yet to shift there. akhshay lives in flat in that building obv they are constructed for the wealthy & have an insane price tag with a huge area and they have multiple flats in it. SRK's house Mannat was originally known as Villa Vienna, and it was built in 1914. he has to keep renewing the lease of it as its a parsi trust property. behind the main bungalow, they've extended mannat with an apartment style residence. sonakshi's was also a bunglow - now apartment style. adi-rani chopra's is an old bungalow of their father where they live in juhu. amitabh B has 5 bungalows - jalsa, where they currently live was gifted by ramesh sippy as a thank you! salman, obv has many properties/land but he prefers to stay in his childhood building close to his parents in a one bedroom apartment.
