Exactly, it’s just the state of most people is very conservative, they can see a situation one way but not another. Like for example what if Azra actually had an affair, people would blame her but not see the faults in her husbands doings. Everytime I watch a Pakistani show, I see the only ones make sacrifices are the women, and in the end they try to make it seem like everything got better, everything was a happily ever after, but realistically speaking, this wouldn’t happen in real life. All these shows brainwash vulnerable people into believing they should stay in a toxic environment because “things will get better”, they also teach that oppression is okay as long as it’s a man doing it. I’m an American Pakistani who is some sort of ashamed because of these types of shows, this is what makes people all around the world believe we are too conservative, we oppress women.

The whole serial is fabulous but the climax is so annoying... This could have shown the girl to be realistic and independent... However she forgive her husband and that's quite impossible in today's era... End is not heart warming...

The ending didn't do justice to Azra. She lived with selfish husband and in-laws who didn't care for her. She should have taught him a lesson, walked out with the true unselfish love that was waiting for her. Women forgive their shameless and unfaithful husband. That is why they get the upper hand to do as they like with their wife and treat her like dirt. This is not called love. Shamir showed his love was selfish love. He didn't deserve to be forgiven.
